FILE PREPARATION GUIDELINES
Please make sure your files adhere to the general guidelines. If your files do not meet the guidelines, delays will occur.

- SUPPORTED FORMATS	-	- FILE SETUP
EPS (Vector - all fonts must be outlined) TIFF (Bitmapped) (NO LZW compression) JPEG (Bitmapped)		Front and Back of print job should be setup as two separate files. Do not create both sides on a single page. You are welcome to zip the front and back files together.

- BLEED SPACE		- IMAGE SIZE
All jobs must have an 1/8" BORDER from all edges containing no important text or graphics to allow for cutting. Mission critical text or graphics must not fall within the bleed space. For example: a design with the dimensions 4.25” x 6.25” with a 1/8” border will have a final size after printing of 4” x 6”.		The size of the file you're submitting should be the size of the file your printing. For example: A printed 5.5 X 4.25 should be submitted as 5.5 X 4.25 canvas size not 11 X 8.5.

- RESOLUTION		- COLOR SCHEME
Your file must meet the minimum resolution for print quality, 300dpi.		Files must be saved in CMYK format. We cannot print RGB files.
